Akshardham Temple
Akshardham Temple the architectural splendor of Gandhinagar and is built in memory of Lord Swami Narayan in 1992.
The temple is built by pink Sandstones awash with spiritual peace. The beautifully carved temple is surrounded by lush green gardens and has lovely fountains. Here one can see 1.2 ton of gold plated statue of Lord Swami Narayan and his holy relics.
Other attractions of the temple are light and sound shows, a multimedia show , games, rides and food refreshments.
