1.  The charter can carry a maximum of 5 passengers

2.  This price is inclusive of service tax

3.  This price includes the cost of pony/palki  in Yamunotri

4.  This price includes the cost of vehicle from Harsil to Gangotri

5.  This price includes the cost of VIP Darshan in Kedarnath

6.  This price does not include the cost of night stay of passengers at Harsil and Badrinath

7.  Any additional night stay will attract extra charge

8.  The booking has to be done advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.

9.  Full charter amount has to be deposited before the start of journey

10.Any cancellation of the charter will attract a penalty of 20% of the charter amount
