Hari Parbat Fort

Hari Parbat Fort – located to the west of Dal Lake. Originally this fort was built between 1592 and 1598 during the rule of Akbar. At the southern gate of the fort there is a shrine of sixth Sikh Guru.

It is an attractive Monument of Srinagar and for visiting the fort you have to take permission from the Director of Tourism.
