Hariparbat Fort

Hazratbal Mosque – situated on the north west shore of Dal Lake, is the one of the important shrines of muslims. Facing the beautiful Nishat Bagh, the mosque offers a spectacular view of the Afar Lake.

It is the only mosque in the Kashmir Valley which is built of white marble and surrounded by a dome. Hazratbal Mosque enshrines a single hair of Prophet Muhammad which is exhibited to public a few times in a year.
